1. Our Commitment
Voco maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). The safety and protection of minors are our utmost priority.
2. Minimum Age
Voco is strictly for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly allow underage users on our platform. Accounts found to be owned by underage individuals will be terminated.
3. Prohibited Content & Behavior
It is strictly prohibited to use Voco to:
Create, upload, store, share, or solicit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Engage in any form of sexualized communication with a minor ("grooming").
Sexually exploit, coerce, or threaten a minor.
Facilitate or promote child trafficking.
Share sexually explicit content involving minors or content that sexualizes minors.
4. Our Safety Measures
Technology: We employ automated detection tools, including hash-matching technology (e.g., against known CSAM databases) and AI-based content moderation, to identify potential harmful material.
Human Review: A dedicated Trust & Safety team reviews reports and flagged content 24/7.
Reporting: An in-app reporting feature is available under "Report" or "Help" with a dedicated category for CSEA concerns.
5. Enforcement & Reporting to Authorities
Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all associated accounts.
We will report any apparent instances of CSEA, including relevant user data and content, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant international law enforcement agencies, as required by law.
6. User Responsibility
If you encounter any content or behavior that may violate this policy, or if you suspect a child is in danger:
Report it immediately within the Voco app.
